LAS VEGAS, NV - The United States Association for Small Business and Entrepreneurship (USASBE) announced the Excellence in Entrepreneurship Education Award recipients on February 15 as part of the USASBE 2025: Fortune Favors the Bold annual conference at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada.

“The USASBE conference is a platform for outstanding entrepreneurship programs from across the country to share the best there is in educating the future leaders in business, philanthropy, and the arts,” said Shorouq Almallah, board chair of USASBE and director for the Richard M. and Helen DeVos Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation at Grand Valley State University.

As USASBE’s top program honors, the USASBE Excellence in Entrepreneurship Education Awards recognize bold and innovative programs making an impact in the field of entrepreneurship education. The Model Programs (large and small institutions) and Model Emerging Program Awards honor colleges and universities with comprehensive, high-quality educational programs that successfully train future generations of entrepreneurs. The Model University Accelerator/Incubator and Model Community Accelerator/Incubator Awards recognize collegiate and community programs that help young entrepreneurs develop their ideas into viable and even scalable businesses.

“Each year the competition increases for these annual awards,” said Krystal Geyer, 2025 Awards Chair. “Even after a meticulous review of each program, deciding which should be awarded was extremely difficult with so many incredible applicants.”
