All attendees must be USASBE members at the time of the conference. Your membership fee will be added to your conference registration if you do not have a valid membership through February 21, 2026 at the time of registering.

Transportation to/from Salt Lake City International airport (SLC):
- Rideshare (Uber, Lyft) or Taxi:
- Fares average around $20-25 each way between the airport and the conference hotel. It is about a 15 minute ride.
- Public Transportation
- Take the TRAX Green Line from the airport to the Gallivan Plaza Station. The Gallivan Plaza Station is a 5-8 minute walk to the conference hotel.
- At the airport, the TRAX station is located on the ground level outside the terminal on the east side. Passengers should exit door 1A and go east.

Parking:
Conference attendees receive 50% off the daily parking rate. The total with discount is $17.50 per day plus tax.

Tickets are refundable at 85% of purchase price until Nov 30, 2025, and 50% of purchase price Dec 1, 2025 - Jan 2, 2026. After Jan 2, 2026, no refunds will be available. Memberships (even if purchased with a ticket) are not refundable.
First and foremost, all attendees must have an USASBE account, even if you are registering someone else. To create an account, follow this link. To register people beside yourself, you and the person you are trying to register must be listed under the same Academic Institution/Organization in your Member Compass. Once you are both listed under the same Academic Institution/Organization, when you go to register you will be prompted to select who you would like to register for the conference.
Those who purchase their ticket by November 4 are eligible for the Early Bird rate of $670. In addition, presenters at the conference will be offered the same discounted rate of $670.
The current member conference ticket is available for those who have a USASBE membership valid through February 21, 2026. If your membership is not valid until then, you can purchase a New/Renewing member ticket which will extend your current membership by a year.
To renew your USASBE membership separately from conference registration, please contact us. We will invoice you for your membership and once that is complete, you will be eligible for the current member ticket.
