RENE ANITA LEMSI Chombeng

Rene Anita Chombeng, originally from Cameroon, is an experienced educator and professional with over 15+ years in organizational development, leadership, and change management. As an Adjunct Faculty member, she offers expertise in guiding organizations through strategic change, utilizing her knowledge of Prosci ADKAR and Kotter's 8-Step Process. Currently pursuing a PhD in Global Leadership and Change at Pepperdine University, Rene also holds an MBA in Financial Management and an MPA in Public Sector Management and Leadership. As a Fellow of the Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), she blends financial expertise with leadership skills. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, dancing, and sewing.
