Associate Professor in Practice – Entrepreneurship
The Department of Management and Marketing in the Nelson Rusche College of Business at Stephen F. Austin State University, a member of The University of Texas System, is seeking a full-time Associate Professor in Practice or Professor in Practice in Entrepreneurship beginning in August 2026. This position will teach a variety of entrepreneurship courses, including both freshman and upper-level courses. The position includes the possibility of a course release to support service and program responsibilities within the Arnold Center for Entrepreneurship (ACE), particularly initiatives focused on applied student learning and venture development. In 2024, the entrepreneurship academic program and the Arnold Center for Entrepreneurship were collectively named one of the top three emerging entrepreneurship programs in the nation by the United States Association for Small Business and Entrepreneurship. Starting in AY 2027, the program is adding a course to the university core. Master's degree is required. Terminal degree is preferred. ABD candidates will be considered.
