REQUEST FOR INTEREST: CORNERSTONE SPONSORSHIP FOR USASBE ANNUAL CONFERENCE 2025

The United States Association for Small Business and Entrepreneurship® (USASBE) invites organizations to submit a letter of interest to become a Cornerstone Sponsor for our 2025 Annual Conference, scheduled to take place from February 12-15, 2025, at Caesar's Palace Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada.  Only four (4) cornerstone sponsors will be selected.  The minimum contribution for being a Cornerstone sponsor is $25,000 in cash.  In-kind support over the minimum is welcome. If speaking fees are required, you must also cover those fees.

USASBE, the premier entrepreneurship education organization, is excited to introduce a new and dynamic sponsorship approach, allowing our Cornerstone Sponsors to play a pivotal role in shaping the conference experience. In return for your valuable support, USASBE commits to the following benefits for the Cornerstone Sponsor:

Keynote:

• Work closely with the Conference Commission to choose a keynote speaker who aligns with your organization's values and interests.

• Introduce the keynote + a 2-minute organizational pitch at the plenary

Membership and Champion Tickets:

• Receive up to 6 USASBE memberships and 6 conference tickets, providing exclusive access to conference events and networking opportunities.

VIP Treatment:

• 2 VIP transfers from the airport to Caesar's Palace, ensuring a seamless and comfortable arrival experience. (intended for the keynote presenter and an organizational representative)

• 2 VIP amenities in the hotel room

Promotional Opportunities:

• Feature in 3 dedicated email blasts throughout the year, reaching a targeted audience interested in entrepreneurship education.

• Highlight in a newsletter feature showcasing your organization's achievements and contributions.

• Logo placement on all promotional materials and the official conference bag, maximizing visibility among conference attendees.

The deadline for submitting a letter of interest to ceo@usasbe.org is April 1, 2024. Please provide a detailed letter outlining your organization's commitment to supporting USASBE's mission and the benefits you seek to gain as a Cornerstone Sponsor.

The letter of interest should include:

• Examples of ideas for your intended keynote presenter(s) or panel discussion representatives.  If there are topics of interest that you feel would be important, we welcome those ideas as well.

• Confirmation of attendance at the conference. We recommend a minimum of 5 attendees from your program or partner organizations.

• Please answer the following questions in your letter:  What do you believe USASBE can do for your organization?  How involved with USASBE has your institution been in the past years?  If you don’t have a history, include what you would like your engagement to be going forward?
