Meet your new best friend - AI. Learn AI basics and explore a few tools with real-world examples of using AI for ideation, customer interviewing, prototyping, etc. from Doan’s entrepreneurship courses. Leave with an understanding of what AI is (and isn't), what it can do for you and your students (and what it can't), and with a database of prompts for course design and for your students.

This workshop will be facilitated by Doan Winkel, John, J. Kahl, Sr. Endowed Chair in Entrepreneurship, Founding Director of the Bill & Sue Donnelly School of Leadership and Social Innovation, and Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship at John Carroll University. Doan leverages AI to revolutionize the teacher and student roles. Not surprisingly, he jumped off the cliff when he realized responsible AI use can create stronger human connections between teacher and student and can enable students to more efficiently and effectively develop meaningful skills and mindsets.

As a founder of TeachingEntrepreneurship.org, the team infuses AI into the content delivery, peer interaction, and assessment component of the Experiential Entrepreneurship Curriculum, an award-winning entrepreneurship curriculum that is currently used at over 200 colleges and universities

Doan served on the Board of Directors of the United States Association for Small Business and Entrepreneurship for nearly a decade, where he was recognized as a Justin G. Longenecker Fellow for lifetime achievement in entrepreneurship education.
