After well over a decade of service to USASBE, Dr. Mark T. Schenkel is excited to serve as its 35th President.

“Our key objective for 2018 is to build momentum through member engagement following a successful refinement and refocusing of USASBE’s mission focusing on entrepreneurship education last year” said Professor Schenkel. "We have an excellent leadership team in place this year that is dedicated to continue giving educators a platform to challenge and extend best practices in entrepreneurship education through their innovation in the classrooms; through their efforts to advance novel research questions and translate findings into impactful educational programming; and through co-curricular immersive experiences that play a unique role in their own right and uniquely complementary role to classroom learning. USASBE is now positioned distinctly to provide more value and support to its members than ever before.”
