| Additional Hotel Information: |
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.; check-out time is 12:00 noon. Parking (valet only) at the Resort is $15 per day. Complimentary self parking is available at the Starr Pass Golf Club, a five-minute shuttle ride away. If you elect to self park, you may drop your luggage at the main entrance of the Resort and then park at the Golf Club. The shuttle will return you to the resort. |
| Overflow Hotel Information: |
The JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort & Spa is sold out for the event. Overflow accommodations were arranged initially with The Starr Pass Golf Suites. The rate is $169 single/double. Space is limited as of December 15, 2005. You may make reservations by calling 520-670-0500 and asking for the special USASBE rate. The Starr Pass Golf Suites has a seven-day cancellation policy. Please note that there is a free shuttle that runs between the two hotels.
The Marriott University Park Tucson is also serving as an overflow hotel for USASBE/SBI 2006. Accommodations are available for January 11-15. The rate is $125 single/double. You may make reservations by calling 800-228-9290 and asking for the special USASBE overflow rate from the JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort & Spa. The Marriott University Park is approximately 14 miles from the JW Marriott. There is no shuttle service provided for this property, due to the lower room rate. Attendees will need to rent a car or utilize taxi service to/from the conference site.
