USASBE has partnered with United Airlines, American Airlines and Amtrak to provide the USASBE 2013 Annual Conference attendees up to a 10% discount in San Francisco discounts for travel expenses. The valid travel dates are January 7 – 16, 2013.

United Airlines
Contact a travel professional or United Meetings at 800-426-1122. There will be a $25 service fee collected, per ticket, for all tickets issued through United Meetings Reservations. This fee is subject to change without notice. The service fee is nonrefundable and applies to all itineraries, one-way or round trip. To avoid a service fee and receive an additional 3% discount*, book your reservations online at: WWW.UNITED.COM. Enter both the Z-code and Agreement code (without a space) in the Offer Code Box.

American Airlines
Electronic ticketing is required; otherwise a paper ticket charge will apply. Tickets may be purchased through your travel agent or by calling American Airlines Meeting Services at 800-433-1790. A separate $25 reservations service charge will apply per ticket and is subject to change. There is no ticketing charge for reservations made and ticketed on WWW.AA.COM . Please note that American Airlines does not fly into Oakland International Airport.

Contact Amtrak at 800-872-7245 or your travel agent with the Conference Fare Code for a 10% discount. Please note that conference reservation cannot be made online. The train station is 0.2 mile from the hotel.
